the dell inspiron b 130 base model has similar specs and sells for 499

Bad idea, 91% feedback? You better find someone who's done more dealing on eBay, with more of a reputation, a good one.
Electronics like that aren't always what they seem to be on eBay and you'll end up putting a lot more money into it to make it functional. My boyfriend learned the hard way.
And he has no REFUND policy, all sales final..............be careful.

Well, until we know what you'd be paying for it we cannot comment on whether or not it's a good deal. I suppose if you got it for under $500 it would be. However, getting it from Canada to the U.S. is going to be expensive and slow.

$200 tops. Considering you can get new laptops for about $400 at most retailers these days. That would be my personal max.

fiance one for u or buy on cash
u may get it for 20 dollars a month emi
total sodt of it will may be 800 dollars

dell's cheapest laptop is now at $499..and their warranty is pretty good.
