I'm a 26 yr old Male and my neighbour who is just 18 wants to have sex with me. Though I'd like to enjoy, I have been consciously avoiding it as it may lead to any issues socially or personally. suggestions please

Trust me its a bad idea.Living that close and being in only a sexual relationship can lead to probs.What if she wants more and you dont or vise versa,its kind of hard to live by someone if things dont work out right .It would be real uncomfortable in the end most likely.It sounds like youve already made up your mind against it.Go with your heart and not your hormones.

Are you just a stud or what? You should be careful. Young chicks are nutty. If you like the girl you may be okay to go ahead with it. If you don't think it is right, it isn't. Trust your instincts. Find someone that is grown up to play with.
