If you suffer from anxiety. All social places will cause anxiety. As long as there are groups of people around you anxiety will begin. The best thing you can do is focus on something else , something simple and not what is making you anxious. Concentrate on breathing properly also for some people tend to hyperventilate when anxious. If all else fails then excuse your self from the situation and find a quiet comfortable area to get yourself back together. By the way , its OK to have anxieties! Everyone goes through it at some time in there life! It's just another emotional feeling that many don't know how to deal with. Your definitely not alone on this one!
If you suffer quite often, you may want to try some Saint John's Wart TEA! It helps keep you calm. You can purchase at any health food store. Speak to your Doctor as well, they may have an answer.

Anxiety comes from fear, once you get over what your affraid of the anxiety will go away!

Airports I think. Anxiety as to what to expect where one is going to, or anxiety upon boarding the plane, anxiety about getting lost, having a terrorist bomber onboard, anxiety about whether you can control your bladder so as not to stand in line in a very cramped, dirty WC on the plane...ewww...thats the most for me...

Any kind of public transportation hub (train/bus/plane). Some have fears of bad things happening if they were to get on a bus/train/plane, plus with the heightened fear of terrorism we have to thank the every-5-minutes announcement not to leave you bag sitting anywhere or not to touch any suspicious package.

At the dentists office. When everyone has to wait 2 hours to be seen. Even if they have an appointment. True story.

I would have to say a job interview as number one.
Then comes anywhere you are in the spotlight, like a bride or something.

Airports, definitely. Too many people, too many rules and regulations (even if they are necessary), frequent flier or not, it is always stressful
