George W Bush is a walking contradiction

Of course, he is our president, and that commands respect. Hated Bill Clinton, still do. But while he was our president I respected him and the office that he held. Bush as Clinton was elected by the people and by the way, Bush got more votes in 2000 and in 2004 then Clinton ever got. Bush is straight forward and honest and does what he says he would do. For that I like him. But as a republican he is way to far toward the center for my way of thinking. If Gore would have won in 2000, he would still be standing next to ground zero wondering what to do. And that is not even a joke.

Yes!!!! if you guys had an education u would understand why we do the things we do as a country. Its America not Bush. He is our leader, a good one at that, but he cant tell America what to do without the vote by the house. If you hate Bush you hate your country. So move to Canada or Mexico and see how horrible it is there.

I don't always agree with everything he does but I respect him because Bush honestly tries to do what he thinks is right not whats popular. I know many politicians aren't capable of that.
He also isn't the most eloquent speaker but that doesn't stop him from making speeches. Bush is what he is and he isn't going to change for anyone. That's commendable.

George Bush is the worst president that we ever had. Tell me this why when Clinton lied he got impeached but it is OK for Bush to lie to us. I can't wait for him to leave office.

Not this question again. Why don't you just do a search on Yahoo answers to find out what people have to say. This question has been asked...oh, I don't know....maybe a million times. Can't you people be a little more original?

My answer is Yes by the way.

Naive conservatives think the President is doing what's best for the country and that the Congress has approved of his actions.

There's a teeny weensie problem with this analysis.....

....THE PRESIDENT LIED TO EVERYBODY- INCLUDING THE CONGRESS!!!

What does it take to get through? This is sooo beyond a cult of personality, it's a cult of imbecility.

Yes and No. I like that he makes me laugh whenever he is trying to be a President and no because our boys are over in Iraq to get his share of the oil.
