my advice is to adopt. I know you want your own child.....but at what cost? I know you want a wonderful bouncing baby that has your eyes and his chin, but at what cost?
Give yourself time to heal and then go visit an agency. There are lots of little ones out there needing to be loved up. Can't afford to adopt? Ever think of foster care?
You have a void, they have a need.

yes, Do you want another baby? Go to your OBGYN and find out if there is a problem with your body that you should be worried about. Tell them you want to get pregnant. 5 is a bit too many. I would try to get their opinion and get a second opinion too.
