No, the digestive system is not connected that way and the enzymes in the system will destroy the sperm.

no you cannot..only if it came into contact with her vagina is there a possibility...
I dont want to be critical here but Im sure there are a lot of people out there that will agree with me..but if you are having sex whether it be oral sex or intercourse you really need to know how a women can get pregnant or you have no business being sexually active...There are numerous sites that explain the birds and the bees in great detail in addition to some wonderful books available...Before you have an unwanted pregnancy on your hands get better informed.

if she says shes pregnant take a pregnancy test, most likely she's pinnin u for some reason, cuz injesting sperm through the mouth does not cause pregnancy, so u can tell ur girl to eat it all she wants theres no pregnancy thats gonna happen lol enjoy

Nope, you can not get pregnant by swallowing sperm. There can be a lot of reasons her period is late. She can only get pregnant if you have unprotected sex around the time she is ovulating.
Do not listen to anyone else...it cannot happen.

no......the digestive process starts in the mouth with the saliva pretty much killing anything alive.
After that, the stomach acids take over, and the sperm goes the way of the hamburger that you ate after.

Wow. Parents, PLEASE talk to your kids about sex.
No, she cannot get pregnant from ingesting sperm, however, if you've had sex anytime then she could be pregnant.
But I'm going to guess that you're pretty young and she is too, which could mean that her periods aren't regular.
Kids....please do NOT have sex if you don't understand the mechanics of it. It just makes me sad.

NO! Your stomach does not connect to your overies. You have to have the sperm in an area that can get to your overies which are connected to your uterus, and there is only ONE opening to your uterus. Unless, you were having intercourse and then he pulled out to ejaculate into your mouth, some sperm may have excaped before he pulled out.

Get pregnant from oral sex...
Die because of oral sex... (unless you get an STD)
YOU CAN:
Get nasty STD's that can't be cured,
Get nauseous
Get pregnant from 'Dry humping' or any other sexual act involving skin to skin contact 'Down there'...
Please, if you don't know what could happen if you do something, don't do it. Have the intelligence to at least look it up online...

it IS possible however very unlikely. I read in an article that it is possible to get pregnant from ingesting sperm but it's like a one in a million chance. sorry I can't provide the article but there is some validity to your concern.

ummm....that is a no, but for real if it has been that long she likely cheated on your a$s or you did not pull out fast enough the last time you really did it.
Might want to go and get a pregnancy test
