Is there a website where I can work on an accent?

Like a Russian, or French Accent (ie a French person speaking English)

try renting movies/plays with the accents in them.

since you want the accent but speaking english get american/uk films that are about french/russian ect so they arnt in the native tongues. Dramas are better than comedy since sometimes comedy will satire the accent.
