Most of these people dont know what their talking about. The more you play the better you will get. Watching pro games will help too. ESPN is currently running a show it may be able to help you.

Some of the most important things to think do are:

Communication- always let you teammates know where the oppenents are and when they move

Clean breakouts-have a plan of who is going where and what lanes you will shoot before the game starts

Snapshooting-be able to snap in and out of your bunker taking a few shots at a time, stay tight and compact in the bunker

Markerhandling- if you sanp to the left, have your left hand on the trigger

Movement- you dont need to always be moving, you just need to always have an angle to shoot, diving is often needed to safely reach your primary or secondary bunker

Awareness-Always be aware of everything going on on the field.

Have no fear and no doubts when you play.
Like I said watching as many games and mainly playing them will help you.

Remember that it's not (normally) a one-on-one game. You're on a team. Everything you do should be to improve your TEAM chances, not your own. There are things you can do that decrease your personal chances to make kills but are a big help to your team.

For example, flanking loudly can force people who have cover to explose themselves to allies. Just keep your head down while you do it. Getting kills is great, but think about ways you can help others on your team get kills. Discuss it with them, so they know how to take advantage of various actions. And see what they can do to open up shots for you.

Accuracy, of course, is critical. Practice frequently. Consider Airsoft as a great inexpensive way to practice your sharpshooting. It's much cheaper than paintball and you can re-use the shots.

Good luck.

Play ALOT! I play atleast 5 times a month. Try to figure what position you fit in best.

Front Man : Trying to get good angles on the other team but more risky

Mid Man : You can either be aggresive or give cover fire for front man

Back men : Cover fire always shooting lanes. But when you see an oppening to gog someone do it.

Paintball ...

Smarter = Better

It's not what you do, it's when you do it.
