Treadmills or elipetical (spelling ??) machines are great! Squats are great for your inner thighs. Lunges help as well. The main concern is that you want to have a steady exercise routine. It is hard to avoid not gaining muscle on your thighs so do not increase on repetitions. I hope everything works out for you!

crisscrosses, and basically sitting up and down without a chair. but i dont really know what its called. these are what my sister does.
