Yes, it's illegal and you'll go to jail for a very long time! There will be BIG men there who will love to see little boys.

Is this what we have to say to get young kids to stop having sex?

In most states the age of consent is 16. So having sex with some under 16 is statutory rape even if you are both under age.

In the state of Kansas you both would be tried against each other. You would get charged with having sex with a minor and your partner would get the same charge against you. That is the Kansas law!

well where are you going to have sex? if it is out of your house then yes. it is classified as public nudity. also adultery is against the law, however, they don't really enforce law unless your underage. they will have the parents deal with you, so they don't enforce on that law fully. if you/ her get pregnant how are you going to sport your child. also, you should know. condoms are easy to break. i have had at least one condom per box break. that is very risky don't you think. when you have a child at that age, you won't be able to enjoy the best time frame of you life. the teen age years. wither your male or female. not to mention, you have a higher risk at this age to die at labor during your teenage and pre-teen age. which i classify you as a pre-teen.

Yes its very illegal and at 13 you should have better things to be doing than even thinking about sex.

You are both under aged and can get into BIG trouble.

umm, i am not really sure, i think so but you (if you are girl) or you partner may become pregenant. and at the age of 13 is way too young to have a child. you have your whole life ahead of you. and even if you use protection you can still get you or your patner pregnant...
