"Douche" till you are clean as a whistle. Water will come out totally clear. And make sure you get rid of all the water...better to have many small douches than try it with one big one....bad!

Get the enema. You can buy them in stores in the female section for douching. Or by some bottled war and use that.

Do an enema. Do this about 2 hours before the encounter is to happen.
