My...what an intriguing question! Hmmmmm....at this point, I think it would hurt it, just because men still can't accept a woman as president, and there aren't enough democratic women VOTERS to carry her through. Of course, it also depends on who the opponent is. I would guess that if it was Jeb
Bush, or another George Bush Sr. Clone (W ain't his son...just a clone), then probably a talking monkey could win the democratic vote.

And I still don't think she has made her view on various policies that clear yet. I could actually see Al Gore making another run if his movie/global warming stuff picks up some momentum.

Maybe we should just vote for Kim Jong Il since he's going to bomb us and take us over anyways....

All I can say is "America...f*ck yeah!!!"

Drastic mistake. Hillary is a liberal white female democrat. She's got everything going against her and doesn't cover enough demographics to built a constituency out of special interest groups. A Hillary Clinton ticket would be suicide for the Democratic party.

Hillary getting the nod will maximum likely damage the democrats, in an already polarizing election, she extra polarizes the republicans and independents. could Obama or Edwards get the nod and run adverse to the Republicans merely on getting out from the conflict, they are going to win, Hillary on the different hand has suggested, voted and confirmed that she supported the conflict from the starting up and could not get any bypass-over votes.

Until she tells us what happened to Vincent Foster's papers when he was killed, there will always be some question about her part in the event.

Any party that nominates someone with that kind of thing hanging over her, also subjects the party to some question

They will nominate her, because the Democratic party has chosen to go mad-dog liberal. They have lost all feel for mainstream America. They now have only one objective: hammer through our ultra-liberal agenda. Yes, it will hurt them. But they choose this madness every election. They glorify Kerry, Ted Kennedy, and Barbara Boxer, but isolate Lieberman and the like. So be it.

Don't know about the Democrat Party, but she will be doing a great deal of good for the Republicans.

It would kill a Democratic nomination. I like her, but with all the right wing born againers, she wouldn't stand a chance.

I think it would hurt, but that's not such a bad thing except that we'd have to listen to you people whine for the following four years how John McCain stole the election.

I think it would help. It would be the first woman attempting for the President's seat, if she made it into the Presidential Election. I think that now is the time and place for her to try.

It would help their fundraising, but the Repub's would really have to mess up to lose the general election against her.

Of course, that's a real possibility.
