Um, I haven't dated a boy since I was 17 (now mid-20s), oh, but of course, that's right, I'm lesbian, sorry! LOL.

I don't know how to define normal, nor I suspect, does anyone else, though many do like to try, and they love to tell you what they think it is...!

How long have you been looking for a BF, and have you dated at all in that period? Where are you looking? What's the scene in your area? Are you in college? Schools usually have a GLBT union or group. Any gay bars? Any good nightspots, especially with music and dancing? Are you into bars? Are you shy? Are you missing opportunities? Any independent/alternative/free press papers in your town? Check 'em for events, club nights, groups? Of course, there's always the personals and dating services, but be careful. Well, be careful whatever you do, okay?

Hang in there, it will happen.

Oh, sorry I'm a tipsy tad and a lofty bit too :):):):) still working on the 4th party a day later. Bye now.

Don't worry what anyone else think. Don't let anyone pressure you for sex or to get into a relationship of you're not ready. I'm 24 and I'm a virgin and proud of it. I only had one boyfriend and kissed 2 guys.

If you are fretting and appear frustrated/anxious, then that could be turning people away from asking you out.

Chill! So what that you haven't had a boyfriend? That's only because you're saving yourself for someone who is worthy of you. You are unique and you are special. You have the quality and vigour of youth and no sordid emotional hangups from past bad experiences. Your book is still to be written and you want a great novel - a chef d'oeuvre; not a trashy work of pulp.

Know yourself with this attitude, take yourself to the locales and you won't have to look.

Hang on.

Define normal?

Don't worry about it. Life comes at you at different times. Wait till a realtionship finds you or just ask somebody out. What's the worst that can happen? Everything happens for a reason, right.... right...

My bf was 22 when we met and I was his first, still am 6 years later. It's normal, don't rush it, enjoy being single and just have fun being yourself....

yes, it's perfectly normal because you are just still trying to find that perfect someone for yourself, instead of getting emotionally hurt by some people who would just date you to have sex.
