Should I have stepped in? The reason I ask is because I thought it was odd. The midget was telling the blind guy that his $20 was a $10.

OMG That's horrible. Yeah I would have said something.
I don't know where you live. I suppose you wouldn't want to get jacked up by a midget but then again I think it's totally wrong for you to sit by and watch someone rob a blind guy.

Hell has a special place for that midget. =/

Number One- the word midget is offensive, the term is little person
Number Two- based on your other posts you are just trying to get people angry with you, why? Do you have a complex?
Number Three- In this circumstance you have no legal requirement to help, but ethically you should.
