Retail store, or fast food

As bad as it sounds, you need to hook up with a major fast food company or a major retailer. Start at the bottom. Work hard, learn and be professional. Always be on time and take the initiative whenever opportunity allows.

Start with places close enough for you to walk to work or to get there through public transportation.

It sounds crappy and to a point, it is. But when you are on the bottom rung of the ladder of success, you have to start climbing by taking the first step.

Ok, if you've just graduated, what's with the part time job? You need full time. Look in you local classifieds, you will be looking for entry level work, to start building experience.

As long as it is legit work, take what you can get. It's your first job, not your career. Just get some experience and some money.

Compared to offline businesses, the investment required to start an online business is minimal. A popular way of earning money on the internet is by providing information and services. This can be monetised by advertising or charging a subscription. You can also make money online by selling products on auction websites like eBay or through your own website. I would go retail or fast food.

You could also try to get a job at a doctor's office. That was one of my first jobs. I was a receptionist for 2 years.

Or, you could even try to get something at a call centre. Some place offer summer employment, or they can work your work schedule around your school schedule once you go to college or university.

PT? Oh, you must still be living with mom and dad and hope to for a looong time. Anyway, check out your local McDonald's. Go to every business and ask for an application, dress up nice though first, comb your hair, clean your nails, brush your teeth stuff too.

I started signing up for "work at home" sites to start making a little money. It helps until you find something permanent.
