My neighbor is on probation and last night he was very drunk and started shooting his 9mm in the air at our apartment complex. I didn't call the police until this afternoon. They said that they would look into it! I don't know how he will react to police! He might go back to jail! I am not a rat or anything but I have a child and if some retard is gonna fire bullets into the air while he is drunk, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that it isn't safe. I don't want me or anyone in my family to ever get "accidentally" shot. If it were you would you kill me or threaten me or something? I'm not scared yet! I haven't seen him since I called the police, I'm just a little nervous. What do you think I should do? Just wait?

contact your landlord as soon as possible and explain, they should at least give him a warning, make sure you let your landlord know that you don't want him to know it was you who told on him...also whenever you see him drinking even if he's not making any noise or anything like that just call your local police and tell them that he's being noisy even if he's not that way the police will get there when he's drunk and if he's on probation he'll more than likely go back to jail and you'll be safe....be careful tho, make sure you act like you like him whenever you see him, smile and say hi at him, that way for sure he'll never think it was you who called the cops on him....make sure you do something about it girl, those kind of people are dangerous...so be careful

Well unless you were standing outside of his door with police and point at him, Im pretty sure he wouldnt know who called the police on him. So I wouldnt be worried. Althought I also wouldnt want to live in an area where theres alot of drunks with guns either

its not legal to fire firearms within city limits without permits. im sure being drunk at night entails a permit. it might not happen again, it was the fourth last night, but why take the chance. if he is on probabtion im not sure he can even own a firearm, let alone fire one. depends on why he was arrested, a felon cant use firearms

ask the police to send someone over to check up on him just in case.maybe u can go on a vacation somewhere to relax and get him of your mind atleast untill the police are able to deal with him.

Hopefully he doesn't know it was you who called the police. I would have called them too. I would also be scared! Hopefully you have a big buff man living with you, if not then I'd move!
