Yes you will get arrested if you go pick it up with a PV warrant out on you. The best thing is IF you do have a PV warrant is to contact your parole officer - get it worked out. Don't hide - it will make it worse for you.

If you have insurance, contact your company and have them pick up the car and have it towed to a repair shop.If not, send a tow company after the vehicle!
The next thing is to contact a lawyer, and make arrangements to turn yourself in!!
The longer that you are a fugitive from justice (which you are now) the worse it will be when you are caught!!

Have the car shipped to your address. Youll probably pay over $100, but you wont be arrested.

Well, pick up your car and then, go to jail. Pretty simple isn't. Unless you don't want your car, YOU are going to have to go sign for it to get out. They have to have the registered owner do the paper work. Kinda sucks, doesn't it.
