Because sometimes the cheeseburger is a double hamburger (like Inn & Outs double double,) and the decription says "cheese" or is called a cheeseburger. If you don't want the fattening cheese, you have to order it without cheese.

Because they don't like cheese!! lol. Maybe if they do offers on cheeseburgers then people who dont like cheese will take the offer up but decide to have no cheese!!

better yet...when i order a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce mayo and onions only, why do they leave the bacon and cheese off? oh yes this has happened to me several times. i think it's just because people don't care!

Some places don't have hamburgers specifically on the menu, or the garnishes are different. Lactose intolerant people would not want cheese.

they would be the same people who, when I worked at Deep Pan Pizza asked for a margarita with no cheese and no tomato. I told them it was probably unwise to pay £5 for a stottie (big flat bread cake). But would they listen, would they shite

well, some people are allergic to cheese that are made from cow's milk. these people are called lactose intolerant.

sometimes, when i order something, it depends on my mood. when im not feeling well, that particular ingredient makes me want to puke on that day, so i just dun order it.

well, as for other reasons, some people are just weird. ;)
