i realy like this girl i work with we are both 15 (any comments on age are not welcome) im looking for ideas of things to do. im not asking her out on a date but just trying to be freinds first. progressing from there i can handle. i dont want her to feel as though im asking her out and want her to feel comfertable with us just going out as freinds.

Well this is the best way to start, very mature!
The best thing to do is try and establish some kind of common ground, talk about things you both like, i can't tell you what to say because i don't know her but finding out what you DO lik creates a bond of friendship.
Also there are little things that go a long way, say good morning to her, help her if she needs is, smile at her etc.
Do all of this and I'm sure you will find the rest easy!

Sorry dude cant advice guys much as never worked it out...
But you need actually to let this girl know you aint just a mate or she will pigeon hole you into the gay mate category and if you then try and be more you loose her as a mate as girls or messed in the head that way... you need her to pigeon hole you in shag category and that takes confidence
that little I do know then if that dont work maybe become friends.

So what's the problem? Be good friends first. If u feel later that u like her more than a friend then tell her one day. There is nothing wrong in telling her directly that u want to be with her and want to share ur happiness and sorrows. Be natural and honest. It will be ur strong point and she will surely be ur good friend.

Why don't you and her just get together and do lunch or dinner? Even go out for a coke. There's always bowling, or just walking around in a mall. The more time you spend with her, the more comfortable you will become with each other. Best of luck........

Ask her if she wants to bring some friends and hang out with you and some of your friends. Then it won't feel like a date, but you will still get to know her better. Most girls are to shy to ask the guy to hang out.

just talk to her naturally, find out what she likes and what her problems are. listen to what she says and remember it, that always creates a good relationship because most people do not listen or remember what their friends say.
