On the 5th season of sailor moon (Sailor Moon Sailor Stars) there are GUYS named, Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten and they turn into sailor stars Fighter, Maker, and Healer. Which mean these MEN turn into WOMEN. Now Seiya (fighter) likes Usagi (Sailor moon). and Usagi kinda likes him/her. So does that make them gay or something?

They are really girls, and are hiding their identity with magic, which made them into guys (strange, huh?).
Usagi did have slight feelings for him, but she was really in love with Mamoru. Seiya did like her. I'm not sure if she/he is really a lesbian or bisexual or what. I think Seiya also liked their princess.
Taiki flirted with Ami, does that make him/her lesbian? I don't know. The only one that never flirted with a woman was Yaten (that we saw). Because Yaten was only into guys, as far as I know. Mina liked him, though. I think some of Yaten's bad temper was because as a boy-band, lots of girls liked them.
This whole thing was confusing. I think these issues contributed to this season not being licensed in the USA. It would be too weird to explain it to kids. And they couldn't change the guys into girls, because a few episodes showed them on the beach, with no shirts on. There was an obvious lack of breasts.

In the manga, they just pretended to be guys without help of magic (How they hid their chests? My guess, strapping) Anyway, if I remember reading Stars back 6 years ago, I believe it was just misinterpreted, or did something like Nakuru in CCS ("Toying" with Usagi) So no, Seiya is not homosexual (NOT gay, that's derogatory and only applies to guys) nor is she a male nor does she love Usagi in any way, except as a good friend who aided her in helping find her princess.
Although with Usagi, yes she was infatuated with her, just as she was infatuated with Haruka before she learned she was female as well. Besides, Usa-chan's emotions tend to be shown to the extreme. Everyone is her friend.

i dont think that usagi liked seiya that way to begin with becuase in the last episode she clearly didnt get what he was saying when he said that he'll never foget her. besides i guess that would make him half gay

Its hard to say I wouldnt think Usagi to be since she stayed with Mamoru but he should watch she has potiential as for the Seiya he/she is on their own.....^_^'

No,. not gay just gender confused, they still have the male feelings but are in female bodys...seems confusing but really just a gender switch is all
