First off, it's a nice website. However, here's a few suggestions:
1) If this is a test website, avoid this suggestion. Otherwise, buy a domain name and webspace. Their popups everytime I click on a link.
2) Green background, blue lettering is not a good choice. Choose another color combonation and use it through out the site. Don't switch colors.
3) I would readjust some of the tables.
4) Finally, try to learn some CSS. This will make your site easier to update.

Very good but you mispelled the word "number"
Exactly as on the website...."you are visitor numer :"
The mouse trail thing the other people were talking about doesn't appear in Firefox nor does the pop ups
But when you use IE, everything comes up... the pop ups froze my computer for about 15 seconds
Overall, it's good

very good design, although you chose a very poor free host. Tripod has too many pop-ups.
I have my web design business site hosted through byethost.com
You can view my site and compare the number of ads that are associated, and decide for yourself.
byethost is free. They only place one small banner ad at the top of each page, with no pop-ups.
my site:

Adarker shade of green and with white fonts will create a more dramatic effect. I see you worked in a little fade there. That is good. I fyou are a beginner that is some good stuff.

Looks very clean and professional - but I HATE those trailing banners after the arrow!
