Does Horny Goat Weed (mens' kind) work?

Can anyone confirm Horny Goat Weed (men's kind) actually works? If yes how long does it take to work and where can it be found in Tayside please?

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. This herb does work but like most herbal remedies it takes time to get into the system, you can get a combination pill with HGW at you health store. By the way my husbands on it and he's over 70, it works!!
