No no no, dont have sex! You could mess up both of yalls lives. Being horny at that age is completely normal. This is going to sound so superficial but its true, your body is going through changes that will make this feel normal. Try talking with a parent like your dad, he went through the same thing I'm sure, it might be REALLY embarrasing, but you'll feel alot better about getting it off your chest. I'd suggest masturbation, but if you arent comfortable with that I don't know what to tell you, because having sex at an age like 13 isn't right and she could get pregnate and if you think about it her body isn't big enough to deliver a child and she could die through childbirth if she kept it.
