I don't know that i consider it wrong. I do think that when people get abortions it is for extremely personal reasons. I do believe that a lot of young girls are getting abortions and they don't even need their parent's permission, I think that is wrong. I also believe that abortion should not be used as birth control, but rather the last resort for these women.

It is wrong!Society puts a murderer behind bars and often executes them.Yet a woman/girl and an abortionist can murder a baby just days before it's due date and it's ok? (Partial Birth Abortion) = MURDER!!! Some say it is the freedom of choice and the sin will be on the mother,I believe if we know a murder is being commited and we do nothing to try to stop it,we are just as guilty! Ignoring it won't make it go away.
The Second Trimester Abortion:
Since most Intact D&E abortions are performed on babies who are too young to survive once separated from the mother, the usual response to a live birth is to simply set the child aside and allow it to die on its own. The abortion industry calls this practice "comfort care." In some cases, abortionists have been observed actively killing the child by drowning it, crushing its tracheal tube, or snapping its neck
The Third Trimester Abortion:
one of the most common third trimester abortion procedures is the intact D&E . This method is also known as D&X (dilation and extraction) or partial-birth abortion. When this procedure is used in the third trimester, the abortionist maneuvers the baby into a breech position (feet first) and then pulls the baby out of the uterus up to its head – leaving the baby’s head just inside of the uterus. It is not at all uncommon for the baby to still be alive at this point. Now the abortionist pushes a long pair of scissors into the base of the baby's skull and creates a hole. He then inserts a suction tube into the hole and sucks out the baby's brain. This modification to the intact D&E procedure insures that the baby is not born alive, and it helps make the head smaller so that it is easier to pull out of the uterus. Note: this method has been done countless times just days before the actual due date of the baby's birth!

How can anyone know these facts and still say it is not murder?

For those who think abortion is not mentioned in the Bible...Think again!
"And if men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she has a miscarriage, yet there is no further injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him; and he shall pay as the judges decide. "But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, (NAS, Exodus 21:22-24)
Exodus 20:13
13"You shall not murder.

I don't see any logical explanation for when life begins except at conception. What other line can we draw? When the heart starts to beat? But that happens 3 weeks after conception when many women don't even realize they are pregnant. At birth? But some babies are born prematurely and live, so if we abort a baby after 30 weeks, is that ending a life?

It only makes sense that life begins at conception. Therefore, abortion is the willful ending of a life. How can that be right?

If you've ever been pregnant, you know it's not "your body". You truly have been invaded by another life. It takes over your body, but it is a seperate entity, no question. It's actually quite bizarre when you examine it objectively, but there is no doubt that another little human is being hosted in your body. This has nothing to do with religion. It has everything to do with science. I'm pregnant right now. Since I've known, I've been reading and researching as much as I can about the development of my baby. Do a little reading like you are a pregnant woman. It's incredible what we know these days. The more you know, the more you understand, there's another LIFE growing inside pregnant women, not a cancer or a tumor or random tissue, but life. To end it is to kill it. That's murder. That's wrong!

I believe that abortion is wrong when it is a frequent form of birth control for the few guys and girls who love sex and have the attitude of "If we get pregnant, we will have an abortion."

I believe that abortion is perfectly acceptable when a woman is raped and does not want to carry the baby to term. I also believe that abortion is perfectly acceptable when doctors determine that there will be complications in the delivery which will likely kill the mother and quite possibly the baby as well.

Another instance where abortion can be acceptable is when the baby is the innocent victim of mothers drug abuse. Frequently, these babies are born with life-long health issues and quite often they are at high risk of addiction themselves.

I would like to see more ladies investigate giving thier children up for adoption instead of taking the easy way out and having an abortion.

I also know that here in California, a mother can drop off a new born baby at any hospital or fire department and give up her parental rights if she truly feels that she cannot provide a good life for her child and there will not be any legal reprecussions from it. This is designed to reduce the number of babies abandoned in trash cans.... and it gives the child a better chance at life.

I do not consider abortion wrong. I feel it should be a legal personal choice for a woman and hopefully, the father, to make. I'm sure it is a difficult decision to make for anyone, but I don't feel that an individual's choice should be taken away. This is a very heated topic and I believe that everyone has a right to their own opinion. However, I was a little disturbed by the comments that "anonymous" made. A woman does not always have a choice of whether she opens her legs or not, it's called rape!

I'm neutral on this arguement, and I flip flop onto either sides when I get a new revelation or an idea that pertains to that arguement, but mostly I'm neutral. I believe mostly that during rape, incest, or terminal pregnancies women should be given the right of a legal abortion. But, really I'd prefer if people educated themselves about sex and pregnancy they wouldn't have to pick between adoption or abortion. Which are both in their own ways wrong.

Pro-lifers believe that "dumping" the children in adoption agencies like unwanted goods are good for them. Wheareas pro choicers believe that abortion is the best choice for a woman who has an uwanted pregnancy. Both arguements are highly feasible, but really it's one's choice.

However, I would still rather have the people to be educated about sex and pregnancies so they don't have to make a choice like that at anytime.

"It's murder, They chose to open their legs, why kill the child for the mothers mistakes!" - anonymous_a

So you find that the father has done nothing wrong? He just "accidentally" had intercourse with a woman who purposely "opened her legs."

I believe that abortion is wrong. I believe that a lot of things are wrong, but people choose to do things that are wrong every day. so do I, unfortunately. I'm happy to say that I am a Christian and you may have a problem with that, but I don't. I'm glad that the God of grace and mercy has chosen to forgive me. (time and time again). I would hope that many people would choose against abortion to prevent the heartache of the consequences of sin...but I can't make that decision, and I won't hate you if you do...after all, I was not there. But I'd be happy to tell you why I believe what I believe, and if you want to know how God feels about abortion, or about you for that matter, check it out in His Word...Christians, and people who think they know "all" Christians, aren't the best source of truth...God's Word, the Bible is. Good question...there are sure a lot of opinions out there, and the strength of your opinion does not make you right...so be nice!

Abortion is morally wrong. For thoes who have NO MORALLS, abortion is a part of life.

Personally: I view each abortion case individually. If you are aborting for no apparent reason then you should be considered a murderer. If there is a rape victim that has one due the rape then that is just cause. "If the time was taken to have sex that the benefits to that are to have a baby." Simple. If you can have sex that you can have a baby. If you think you arent ready than you are like millions of other people.

Nobody's ever ready but just think that you may not have gotten the chance if your parents didn't have moralls.

I believe abortion should be accepted in some cases. If a woman is raped then she has a choice to abort the baby. But i believe if someone goes around, sleeps with several men a day, and then decides ,the baby she is pregnant with ,should be killed because of lack or responsibility then i think the baby should not be aborted

Abortion is murder no matter how you want to put it. People want to kill a child for their mistakes and it is not just the mother who does this, the father is just as much to blame as the mother as far as I am concerned. There is enough precautions out there to prevent pregnancy so why do people do it. I resent those people cussing at those of us who believe that it is murder. It just shows their lack of mentality. You don't hear those of us who call it murder cussing at or calling names to others do you? So, to answer your question of: "Who considers abortion wrong?" Anyone with a conscience or love in their hearts for the Lord, which includes me. My sister wanted to get an abortion and I asked her if she could look ten years down the road and live with herself what would she do. She never got an abortion and today her son is in university. It is not a woman's choice as far as I am concerned. It is God's choice. It was the woman and man's choice prior to having intercourse. Thank you for your question.

i think it is wrong. after 8 weeks of being pregnant during an abortion, the baby's mouth opens as if in a silent scream. not to mention, after an abortion, you might not be able to carry a child again. usually by the time the woman finds out she is pregnant and is in the lobby to have an abortion it's already after 8 weeks.
