I cant find a bathing suit ANY WHERE!!! I have looked on EVERY online store i can think of and still cant find what i am looking for, and i need them kind of cheap, not over 30.00 bucks for a full suit. What I am looking for is a bikini, or tankini, with boyshorts bottoms, or a little skirt attached to a regular bottom. I need it too be in the juniors section cause girls tops on a bathing suit dont fit any more. I will probably need a XS in the bottoms, or a S, and a S, or M, in the tops...THNK YOU!!!!!!!

Go to victoriassecret.com, go to the "swim" section at the top. On that page, there's a boxed section with swimsuits 25 - 70% off. There's a black floral print bikini top with a fitted skirted bottom for 9.99 for the top and 9.99 for the bottom. Therefore, $19.98 for the both. Well under your budget. Several others within ur price range.

Walmart and K-Mart got some nice ones for real cheap. $10 at Walmart and K-Mart. Target own are really nice but for a higher price, around $30. Marshalls have a variety of choices but I'm unsure of the prices.

If you haven't already,try Lands End online. They are swimsuit professionals. You can buy the top and bottom separately and customize the suit. The quality is awesome, as is the customer service. Try link below. I'll bet you will have good luck with them.

If you are looking for a cute, inexpensive bathing suit, check Old Navy, I believe they are half off. You are so pettite you shouldn't have a problem finding your size.
