my best friends is rly flat she dosnt admit to stuffing but it is soo ovious she buys heavy padded swim tops and bras and it is sooo anoying how can i tell her it is anoying and fake lookin

Honesty is always best. But you have to temper it with sincerity and tact. You could talk to her about what it was like for you when you went through changes or reassure her that she looks great w/ or w/out added padding.

Stuff your bra too,, but let some of the stuffing show! Just kidding.
Just tell her big boobs are not everything. They get in the way. Guys talk to them before looking in your eyes. I would think I want to be noted for my brain and not for my boobs.
Not knowing your ages. If she feels so self-conscious. then maybe a visit to a plastic surgeon. Or try those Wonder-bras instead. They make swimsuits with that in there too.

Tell her you need some shots of the two of you, and take lots of pictures for a few days. When they come out, print them, look at them together. This should be obvious in a photograph. Like they say it's worth a thousand words. This way you don't have to actually tell her, but she will stop embarrassing herself. This is a tactful way to let her notice it for herself.

"WHY STUFF" once you could get a padded bra?!? even a push up. you may want to even tell her to bypass to victoria secrets and techniques and get a push-up bra that is padded in her length (which will MAKE HER seem huge) for like $40 5 money on the least!!!!!

She'll probably realise it for herself, but I think you should tell her because it would be mortifying if someone else confronted her (i.e. a bully) and she got picked on for it. Trust me, i'm sure it's much more embarrasing to have people find out you stuff your bra than if people knew you were flat chested. Just tell her to wait a few years.. she'll probably mature soon.

Be honest with her but in a nice way. Tell her she's beautiful the way she is and that stuffing her bra is not flattering. If you are kind, she will appreciate your honesty.

there are 3 thing you can do....
1-for get it. let some one else tell her...
2-do the same...and may be she would realize ..it..
3-tell her and that might actually improve your friendship or might break it....your call....

pull her aside and complement her on her effort, but point out that they are fake and she needs to do a better job
