No, but I believe in the right of others to believe in them, and I think they are very impressive mythological beasts. I also believe in the crocodile monitor, a little-known lizard which is bigger than the Komodo. Check out the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for a photo. A guy owns one, but it got loose recently and is roaming around some where, supposedly.

yes i do believe that at one time they probably existed.folk lore and mythology from numerous civilizations and times have indicated such, and i believe that the myths are at least partially based on the truth.
