What do you think is going to happen?

I'm not especially worried. It hasn't been verified that North Korea even has nukes, but if they do, they surely don't have a small enough weapon to deliver by missile. I think that the missile launch was just to get attention, because although Kim Jong-il is crazy, I'm pretty sure he knows well enough that if he launches a nuke, he can kiss his Pyongyang goodbye. I'd expect economic sanctions to be imposed on them through the UN, though what effect they'll have is unclear.

Oh, by the way, Zodiaco, you might want to go back and study recent history. North Korea didn't have nuclear power until 1994, when Clinton gave them two nuclear reactors in exchange for their promise not to make weapons with them. Oops!

You bet I'm worried about the fact that now N. Korea has their own nukes and with all the terrorist acts going on in this world today, who wouldn't be worried if there will even be a tomorrow or a day after tomorrow.
What chance does this world have now that so many countries have their own nukes? The answer is NONE. No matter where you live in this world, those who have the nukes only have to aim, push the buttons and you and your country aren't even dust any more and you ask if I'm worried, well the whole world should be worried along with me.
Why is it that countries deem it necessary to have any nukes at all? This shows me and the world that there isn't one country who even wants to try for world peace and for this fact too makes me think that all the governments are equally guilty of wanting war and not peace. And for this I say to them all----you are the trouble makers of the world.

Not so much.

At this point, North Korea would have to pay close attention to China and how the USA-China relationship is doing. I would only be worried if China and the USA had a bad relationship.

It is a very complex issue. Especially since many USA companies have invested huge sums of money in China, and have many of their employees helping out over there.

im not worried, they wont aim it at a small town. People from the big cities should be worried. 3rd world war would start and we will all die thanks to Bush and his " strong hand" on terrorism, but letting N. Korea develop Nukes.

Not very. Their missles can barely reach Alaska and the chances are the US would be able to shoot them down before they reach their target. I expect that the US and UN will impose sanctions thus further frustrating N.Korea resulting in more missile launches and eventually world war 3 will be underway since China will back N.Korea. Japan will then fight China and the US will fight everyone.

I had a dream very last nighttime that North Korea replaced into someway available in my personal community. I went merely down the line somewhat, to my old college, and took somewhat sidewalk in the back of the faculty, and by wonder replaced into in N. Korea. i replaced into truly fearful there and at the same time as i replaced into finally able to bypass the sidewalk lower back into my community, i replaced into enormously relieved.

One BIG bomb on North Korea and the game is over.

Kim Jong-Il is more of a threat to Japan than to the USA....for now....
