No you cannot spay a hamster to my knowledge. Some vets will spay or neuter rabbits but most only do dogs and cats. If you are worried about the hamster getting pregnant, put your hamsters in separate cages.

Sure, but don't let the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) know about it. You simply pick up your spade (a/k/a shovel) and bonk the little bugger - preferably on linoleum for a hard surface easy to clean. Or perhaps you mean you have a dead hamster (or as you call it, "hampster," and you want to bury it; you can use a spade for that, too.
The term I believe you are seeking is spay, which means to remove the ovaries of (a female animal). I think I'd consult a veterinarian, and if s/he says, "Sure, I reckon I can SPADE the little guy for ya," leave quickly.

Yes, but that would constitute animal cruelty. Oh, I am sorry - did you mean SPAY??? The term is spay, not spade. A dog who has been rendered uinable to bear pups is spayed, not spaded. And who would want to spay a hamster???

There is no need to if you keep the males and females in seperate cages.

Yes you can spay or neuter hamsters, though it is rarely done. It must be done at a very early age though or it is considered cruel. Many vets won't spay or neuter small rodents at all.

Its Spay, and thats a good question, you would be better off calling a vet out of the yellow pages and asking.

Yes but you need a small shovel.

Spaying is a different matter entirely.
