The price can range from $4000 to lots and lots more, depending on where in the US you get it done and who your doctor is. The size you get should depend on how tall you are and the proportion to your butt. Your chest should compliment your butt. You dont want a huge chest and a flat butt.
Silicone implants feel real, but may not be available for you. The bigger you go, the more chance you have of "rippling", this is where the skin is stretched so much around the implant that the skin ripples. This always looks fake. So it is better not to go SO SO big. Also, you should have the implant placed under your pectoral muscle because this will make the implant less obvious and more natural looking.
The recovery time is 3 days. The breasts will be very swollen and hard and higher than normal for the first three days and then they will get softer and will "descend." it can take a few months for your breasts to settle down completely. It is comparable in pain to when your milk comes into your breasts for the first time after having children .
Finally, most women are very happy with their implants. Those that get them replaced usually end up going DOWN a size because their doctor talked them into going too big.
I would also like to add that less than 1% of breast implant patients have massive scar tissue build-up if the surgery is done correctly. It is important to go to a good, reputable plastic surgeon.

Implants are filled with saline, which no one ever has a reaction to. Rarely, women have allergic reactions to the materials used to make the implant, but not the saline. Current prices vary by location and start at about $2,000. in my area. Do not go to South America for a cheaper operation, as some women do. The price I gave you is the absolute lowest I've heard, and the doctor is in Alabama, which is not where I live, but close. The pain lasts for up to about 2 weeks, depending on the skill of the physician. It will hurt badly though, no matter who does it. You will have bruises and scars. Severity of the scars depends on your body, and how you heal. You have probably been injured at some point in your life, and have a fair idea of how your body scars. That being said, I do not suggest you go to the cut rate doctor. You should be sure before you do it, because having them removed is also very painful, more expensive, and you will always have scars. For the record they generally do look fake and nothing can really be done about that. Some are better than others and this depends entirely on the skill level of the doctor.

I hear they're pretty pricey... and no matter how much the doctor tries to convince you: they always look fake, especially if you're gonna get them much bigger... the proportions between your natural body and two big boobs are easy to point out... for example, if you're topless and your boobs sag but are round, FAKE... but, if they sag naturally with a normal curvature, REAL... Anyway, I know plenty of girls who've gotten them and let me tell you: Ewww!!! After a while, when the scar tissue sets in, and the implants start to age: they get wrinkly and my friends have to constantly "smooth" them out so they don't look like they have 70 year old boobs. Do the research about pros and cons adb well as possible complications... a GOOD doctor should warn you about everything... Good Luck!!!

Moeny? Do you mean money? Depending on what is done, up to $7500. Yes, it does hurt, quite a bit. Once the initial swelling period is over, and the implants have settled, the result usually looks natural. However, if the breasts are manipulated by hand one can tell they have implants.

It depends on the doctor and where you live. You can get a new rack for about $5000 now a days. Yes, you can tell they are fake, but you get to wear all the nice shirts w/no bra. DD is too big, though. Go for a full C. They feel real nice.

keep them small. Ever heard the phrase, "the grass is always greener". You always want what you can't have. If you get big boobies then you are going to want small ones. Be happy with your body the way it is and if you feel absolutely determined to have bigger bodies, try some natural breast enhancers first. It's a lot cheaper, less painful, and I'm not an expert on fake boobies but probably better for you.

I would never think of doing that. If you do than it isn't natural anymore it is just fake. And if you get it done than there is no turning back. Most boys don't really care about what is upstairs. They care what is about inside. So if you are doing it for popularity i'd say NO!!!!

Get breast implant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by NHS in UK.They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got her breast implants/liposculpture/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise fore this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company
