Prince charles does a lot of very good work with finding ways of farming environmentally friendly and cares enough about global warming to go to the white house with his b#tch camilla and give bush a kick up the a#se and tell him to his face that he is a polluting old fashioned yank.
He also built 'Poundbury' in dorset (southern england) its a village built on the edge of dorchester, built to counter-act all the silly design flaws that practically the whole world abides by today. Importantly it mixes industry with housing so that the journey to work with in a car is eliminated. Also the village uses local archictecture and materials whilst giving priority to pedestrians over polluting vehicles. You should check it out.

Every nation needs a head of state so why not have one who isn't a politician.
The UK constitutional monarchy has proven to be the world's most stable form of government. The monarch holds titular office to many jobs which prevents any politician or general taking over in a coup.

Its tradition I guess. I'm not sure I actually like the royal family but I actually like the idea of having a royal family. If that makes sense? I would prefer them if they didn't cost us so much bloody money.
