Yes, the Writer's Market. Since it's already mid year,
you may just want to use a copy in a bookstore or library, and if there is a phone number, check to make sure the person you are writing to is still the corect for contact.

There is even an icon indicating how open each magazine is to taking freelance work.

It's also a good idea to search the net by genre if any of your writing fits into a conventional niche. There are quite a few web resources that have collections of links to publishers for writers of sci-fi, mystery, romance, horror, fantasy, thrillers, and the like.
