...and when I try to drag it into the recycling bin it doesnt respond?

First of all, some things cant be deleted. Do you have administrater privledges? If not, you cant delete any, ( like at work)
Other than that, you can go into your dektop properties ( if on desktop) by right-clicking the start menu, then choosing properties., once in properties, choose start menu, then "customize". On there, you can check and uncheck the boxes you want/dont want.Good-Luck! :)

If the file can be deleted, open Windows Explorer, locate the file on your hard drive, left click the file (do not open) to hi-lite it then press control+delete button on keyboard. This should work for you.

What file and where on the PC? Sounds like it might be a system file needed to run Windows, in which case you don't want to delete it.

The file might be write protected to prevent from deletion. Turn off write protect and you will be able to delete the file.

Start - control- add and remove and look for it... If its not there Start- my computer-C:- open program or windows and look foe the file.. if you find it right click and delete it.. Hope I helped.. ROB
