It could be possible to fake a death especially when its that much money involved and the whole world was wanting to see his and others head on a silver platter.

I think that is a good question! From what I have read, he has unlimited resources, and unlimited influential friends in high places (especially in Texas and in Washington), so he could pay off everyone necessary to successfully "disappear" (doctors, coroners, police, morticians, crematorium, and his most trusted advisors). He and his wife could then reappear under new identities, and with all his wealth, in some far away country, and live happily everafter. That way he could trade his long prison sentence for an exotic beach on an exotic island somewhere, and avoid all the civil lawsuits that might otherwise take his ill gotten wealth away. I think there should be a thorough investigation of this "death". It will all be even more suspicious if he is cremated, instead of buried, because It might not be possible to get DNA from ashes to prove it was really him! (I'm not sure about that).
