we checked the relays and they're good, it has power to the back. Pump makes no noise at all and i have absolutely no pressure @ the fuel rail.

Maybe the pump is shot .

Are the cables a lot longer than they were? I had this problem with a 34 Ford that I moved the battery to the trunk and with the extra length of battery cable my batterty wasn't powerful enough to turn it over without jumping it too. So I bought a battery that starts a diesal. 13" long witha lot of reserve. I also found out that a 16 volt is made now to accomodate this problem also

check your grounds. you may have changed it so that parts of the frame no longer are electrically connected to battery (-)
