Taz is tough, so he's a role model for these guys. Men like to speak in incomplete sentences like Taz does as well. But they'll never grunt half as good as Taz does.

In Washington, DC and the surrounding metropolitian area, this is part of a style. Urban youth like it, therefore, they wear it. I see this on young men to men in their early 30's.
