Mine would definitely have to be Mallard Fillmore. Here's an example, for those of you who've never seen it: http://flathat.wm.edu/2003-10-03/programcartoons.jpg
And it's not even because of the political slant, either (I'm liberal). You can make any sort of slant work, if it's funny. This strip, to me, is not funny. It just takes some political issue, gives us a lecture, and forgets to tell a joke.
Another runner-up is Garfield. Why, why, WHY has Jim Davis not retired yet? After 20+ years of drawing a strip, what usually happens is that the cartoonist will run out of original material and resort to lame pop-culture references. Now, pop-culture references can work, but if it's used as a last resort, it's pathetic. This is the exact reason Bill Watterson stopped drawing Calvin and Hobbes after just ten years: he didn't want it to end up like Garfield.
So what does everyone else think? What's your least favorite comic strip, and why?

Wow, I had to google a couple of these strips.
Bahamacek: It's called "Apartment 3G," and you're right, it is lame.
LoneStar: Yours is one of the ones I had to google. Ugh. I think "saccharine" describes it perfectly.
dolfan: I don't get Funky Winkerbean in my newspaper, but I always got the impression that it wasn't a good strip.
Also, I've got another one: Any sort of soap-opera comic strip, like Judge Parker. Argh! Comic strips are not supposed to be serious!
Great answers, everyone! Keep 'em coming!
