I buy all the sundresses for my girls on ebay.
Most dresses you can find, brand name, for a buck or under 5 bucks.

there are many different places. there are probably a ton in macys. a good brand is lilli and pulitzer has a lot of bright and flowery sundresses. also...try searching online and you will probably find a lot of brands.
