Well, there was some contact...but it was so, so, slight, that it just shouldnt have been a penalty. I mean, he barely touched Henry, and Henry falls over...that should never be a penalty in a million years. I think that Italy's penalty against Australia was more justified, at least in that incident, there was some real contact, even if it was done on purpose by the Italian player, but Henry just got the slightest touch and fell over. Then, later, the exact same thing happened, except it was a Portugal player who went down, and it isnt a penalty, and on yahoo you see all the fans of France saying how Portugal is a bunch of diving losers and how they are so cheap and how they suck SO MUCH and everything when their game-winning goal wasnt even deserved. I think they are just embarrassing themselves, if they think that they obviously dont know much about football. So those are my thoughts.

I'm not sure how much soccer you have been watching but in order to play on the world wide level you have to be an actor as well as a player, not matter how hard (or soft) the players get pushed, hit, tackled, or punched they fall to the ground as if they have broken a bone. So can you really blame Henry for doing what everyone else does, and flop?

No France didn't deserve that penalty and Thierry Henry did over-exaggerate on that fall.
VIVA PORTUGAL!!!
