That depends on how much PB you put on the cat. If the force of the PB is greater than the force of the cat's tendency to land on its feet, it will land on its back.
the only way to know the strength of these two forces is to conduct experiments, i'm just glad i'm not your cat! lol

As Sonya has so brilliantly pointed out, the answer to that question would depend upon the amount of the peanut butter in relation to the size of the cat. Years ago, research was conducted which attempted to utilize this principle by "swathing the backs of cats with precisely measured quantities of peanut butter, " and then suspending them on horizontal drive shafts in order to turn generators. The results of these studies were mixed; however, since the cat/ peanut butter-generators often ceased to function after the cats became dizzy. Another drawback of this form of energy was the awful howling noise produced. While concern about greenhouse gases, and potential fossil fuel shortages have created some renewed interest in this
form of energy, the previously mentioned limitations, along with the objections of groups like PETA and the ASPCA, make it unlikely that we will be seeing the cat/ peanut butter generator in widespread use any time in the near future. Thank you for posting a question that was both thoughtful and thought provoking.

This is an important question. Perhaps you should apply for a government grant. If you have connections with the repooblicans they will give you money. Its a feeding frenzy for the friends of GW so get your piggie snout into the trough before its too late.

it'll land on it's fett. b/c cats have this fluid inside of their ears that will make them twist to land on their feet. the reason why the pieces of bread falls condiment frist is b/c of the curvature and weight of the bread on the particular side.
