Obviously men can't get pregnant because they lack the right anatomy.
Besides, if a man got pregnant and actually had to birth a baby, the human race would die out. A man would have one contraction and kill himself from the pain.

they don't have a uterus or fallopian tubes....they also don't have eggs....that's why in order to have a baby, sperm must be mixed with eggs, while both men and women have sperm, only women have the eggs.....and also a man's sexual organ isn't exactly a way for a baby to come out....the hole is way to small.....where would the baby come out at....only one other hole and that's the anus and that's not going to feel very good......
