You know there's a problem when a coaster built in 1998 is still the most popular ride in the park. :-( When will PKD get something big, with a nice, big drop!?

Kings Dominion, being a very poorly laid out park in desperate need of renovation will most likely get brand new rides in the coming years. New owners, Cedar Fair (owners of Cedar Point), are known for extremely well maintained parks as well as being dedicated to park and ride improvement.

Former owners, Paramount were not as concerned about park improvement, this is why no Paramount Parks got extremely expensive rides. But in the past years all Cedar Fair parks have gotten expansions costing over 13 million dollars.

A new ride is coming very soon, don't worry.

They have the DROP ZONE Stunt Tower 'a 305-foot tower of thrills that promises daring riders a 272-foot descent at 72 miles-per-hour'

and the Hypersonic XLC is super fast too.

I am disappointed that they shutdown the Outer Limits indoor coaster. That one was awesome. They do have a new coaster called THE ITALIAN JOB TURBO COASTER but it doesnt have many big drops. Its just fast.
