(1)the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (US-1968)
-classic "spaghetti" western directed by Sergio Leone and starring Clint Eastwood, Eli Wallach ("Magnificent Seven" bandit leader) and Lee Van Cleef.(2) Dr. Strangelove-US 1964 = "nightmare" comedy about what would happen if nuclear war were about to accidentally start, starring Peter Sellers in a triple role [should have gotten Best Actor Oscar for this], George C. Scott, Sterling Hayden ("the Godfather" crooked police captain).
(3)Goodfellas = US 1990-simply the best when it comes to gangster flicks, it edges out Godfathers 1 and 2 and features a huge cast: Robert DeNiro, Paul Sorvino, Lorraine Bracco (Dr. Melfi of 'Sopranos'), Ray Liotta and a delightfully psycho Joe Pesci (Oscar-winner) as a ruthless mob enforcer. ENJOY!!
