I don't hate Harley's, in fact I love Harley's. I don't hate anybody but I can't stand some things about some people. I have to agree with this man when he says, Harley owners are trend humping fashion lemmings. Not all are but in today's world I'd say probably 90% are. They are a bunch of people that don't have what it takes to be real tramps, in fact most don't even know what a real one is but they like the big bad image and the way little kids look at them so the dress up on weekends and play the part. We used to call them fish. They make me wanna throw up!

I had to chuckle at your question when you mention the "Harley lifestyle". It's like you H-D guys enjoy what the H-D marketing department is cranking out more then the actual motorcycle experience. It's the ride my friend, not the lifestyle. I've visited similar websites in the past and disagree with almost everything said on them. But they are free to spout their brand of hate just like anybody esle. This is still (so far) a free country. I ride metric and most every metric rider out there has experienced to some degree the same form of bigotry and rejection when the hard core Harley rider won't acknowledge a wave. It works both ways it seems.

Some H.D.s really are fun to ride, only now they have become trendy and have attracted huge numbers of fashion conscious non riders. The H.D. clothing and accessory company seems happy to market all the underwear and leather these people could desire, and they sell bikes on the side. So, if you want a modern antique that’s a bit overpriced, especially if you’re more interested in talking about and looking at the machine than riding, a H.D. the only way to go. I don’t hate’m, but I would be embarrassed to attend a motorcycle event like Daytona’s bike week knowing the majority of the bikes arrived by trailer.

When I have the time and money for a Accesory Motorcycle I'll get a Harley Davidson, I love them. But right now I'll just have to ride my beamer. BTW I made $120K last year but I never seem to have a disposable 25K for a new Harley. My last investment of $25K is now worth over $100k so no comments about Harleys being good investments and no get a real job jokes please. A Harley is a Toy Accessory to me and Like I said I'd like to have one.

Don't sweat it William. He's just some poor bastard who probably got beat up alot when he was younger so now, he can run off at the mouth hiding behind a computer keyboard. If that website makes him feel like he's amounting to something in life, so be it. He certainly wouldn't say any of those things to any Harley Owner that I know in person, so far as I'm concerned, he rates right up there with Osama Bin Laden .... a GUTLESS COWARD, running and hiding and speaking from some "cave" somewhere with his computer.

I'm not gonna check it out cause there is no point--no offence to you just not gonna support an idiot. I love Harley's and have my whole life but I know there are people who don't a prefer those other bikes and that is fine. I don't mind a good debate about which is better and all that (even though that gets tiring) but when you are that prejudice what's the point.

Well he is really over the top and there is no call for personal attacks, but Harleys are really overpriced and rather incompetent motorcycles. One does have to wonder why anyone would buy one other than for image and noise.
But then, everyone is a sucker for something me included.

that guy is stupid for hating harleys. personally i think they are the best looking and sounding bikes out there. my 3 year old daughter can tell a harley from any other type of bike out there. it helps that i have showed her every harley we come across. man i wish i could afford to own one.
