I can understand a little bit if someone posts a soccer question in here, but what is this?
Is this pokemon?

Use your itemfinder for the missing part. And for Scyther and Poliwhirl you must trade holding metal coat for Scyther (and I think it was a Kingsrock for Poliwhirl)
