Basically you will have to decide which you prefer-smoking or sex. Well now-you can have both. It's just sex won't be nearly as good.

Smoking has never had any effect on my libido. Have been smoking for more than 60 years... would suggest you look in another direction for an answer..The results of that smoking has reduced the ability to function but has had no effect on the libido.

Better late than never. Smoking will damage blood vessels in the penis and will shorten the penis and ultimately lead to impotence. This is all real. Canada and Australia alread force "Smoking can lead to impotence" label on cigarette box. Believe it or not, it is your libido, is it worthed it?

Go to this site and watch the famous UK Fingerleg Commercial. http://anti-smoking-ads.blogspot.com/

Finally, go watch the movie "Thank you for smoking" and have some laugh.

smoking does not have ANY health benefits and it DOES decrease your libido...it can also cause impotency.

the best thing is to QUIT SMOKING! turn to exercise and watching what you eat and drinking plenty of water in order to maintain your weight loss and/or continue your weight loss.

I'm not a doctor, but I'm sure quitting smoking will increase your lung capacity and your stamina. All is not lost, you'll be healthier even if you never have sex again if you quit now. It's your call.

Smoking is anathema to firm erections; it will not only decrease blood flow, but also SIGNIFICANTLY lower your stamina (not popular with the ladies). Also, when you die from lung cancer and/or heart disease, it will be extremely difficult for you to get it up/ find a date.
