i am a good althlete. i weigh around 130. i run cross country, i am 18. my maximum push up rep is 75 in 2min. i can bench a max of 140. so can u help me a with a weekly workout?

there are about 50 for each muscle group you listed. here are the best of the best:

*lift - muscles worked(in order of greatest to least worked)
Bench Press - chest, triceps, shoulders, abdominals
Underhand-grip Pull-up - biceps, lats, back, abdominals, chest
Overhead Barbell Press - shoulders, triceps, chest, back, abs, legs(if done standing up)
Bent-over Rows - back, biceps, shoulders, legs, abs
Swiss-ball Crunches & Pikes - core, abdominals, stabilizers
