Interesting to read all the other answers to your question. They haven't been to Knoebels. It's a family run park that isn't super crowded and you'll get lots of ride time. Every time we go, hardly have to stand in line at all!
Knoebels had flooding on June 27 and 28th. Check out the website before you go for what is open and what isn't.
Knoebels is known for their cool swimming pool, so bring stuff for swimming, too. Knoebel's is pretty shady too so don't worry about hats and sunscreen, etc, unless you are going swimming.
The parking is pretty close so you can leave whatever you want in your car and retrieve it throughout the day.
Knoebel's is a great place, and a good price too! Admission is actually free and you pay for rides, either as you go - or as an all day wristband. You'll ride some one of a kind rides too.
They also are known for their unique souvinirs.
Good luck!

Well, a couple of people got it right...a lot of money.
I used to pack a nice picnic lunch to leave in a cooler in the car. The thought was this would save a lot of money over eating in park.
Recently though I realized how much you pay to be in the park for the day...therefore a huge amount per hour....so going out to the car and eating a "free" lunch actually costs you time, therefore money.
Now we just grab a bite in the park and race to the next ride....that's what it's all about right?
I do still take a change of clothes...and usually a couple changes of socks...nothing worse than walking the park with wet feet all day after a water ride or rain shower.
Especially if you are travelling with kids, or a big group be 100% sure everyone has a (water proof) watch and set times and places to meet....we meet every 3 hours at the same spot.
Have a BLAST!

If there are water rides, bring a backpack with a dry change of clothes and a towel. Wear your swimsuit under light clothing and shoes that can tolerate water.
Rent a locker and stash the backpack. Then go on all the water rides you want as many times as you want. When you've had your fill, change into your dry clothes and enjoy the rest of the park.
You can also do the reverse - stash your swimsuit and flip flops in the backpack in the locker. Then change into them when you're ready for the rides. After riding all the wet ones, change back to your dry clothes.
