So, you must know a few women who are thin and are always talking about how fat they are. Actually, some of these girls are not just saying this for attention or an added ego boost (i.e. "You are definitely not fat!"). They suffer from a condition called BDD (Body Dismorphic Disorder)
Well, to answer your question, there are many women who have this condition in reverse. They are heavy and are in major denial about their weight. They don't realize how big they are and feel that they look good in the same things a slender girl would wear. Basically, they look in the mirror and see a smaller woman. For example:
I know a girl who is rather big and chubby. She wears the skimpiest and most inappropriate outfits for her body type! So, one day we were talking, and she had the nerve to talk about other girls being overweight and looking ridiculous in their clothes. She went on about her body looking great, except for a small pouch on her belly. I am thinking “HELLO! You are one of these girls and that is not a small belly pouch; it looks like you are 9 months pregnant!”
However, I also know that there are big women out there, who love their bodies and feel comfortable wearing very little. I have to admit, I do admire their confidence. However, I shouldn't have to look at its side effects either.

I think certain women LIKE when they attract attention of ANY kind. Maybe just so they can say stuff like "What are you looking at?" But it seems to be an ongoing battle. I don't really understand it, because I have a big butt and hips, and I am aware that I shouldn't wear certain things, so I don't.
ON the OTHER hand.... I have seen men do the same type of thing. ie plumber's crack, etc.... It's just as gross. Or some big, fat dude in a Speedo at the beach.... hmmmm.... what can ya do?

Actually, Teddy roosevelt years, FDR years, MAE west Years, Marilyin Monroe years and so on.. They have been showing that women were bigger back then .. It shows sexy and figure in being well fed in healthy.. If u can see Michaelangelo's paintings of all fat girls in naked. U can see it was very popular back then .. No one says thin was GREAT. Now this changed so much after Bridget Bardot and so on that has a strong influence about the image of being thin .. Now people are thin and malnurtional to their bodies .. or drugs to kill their hungry.. there are lot of women who are aneorxia or bumila .. sad but true! Additional to that , the clothes that are making from different companies are making a size smaller than the normal size as it really should be. like for an example, i brought a nice cute shirt and my actual size is Medium.. but the shirt that i wanted was medium was too smalll for me.. it looks like XSMALL.. Not normal medoum .. So i go for large size and still too SMALL for me .. I was shocked to see that .. i thought that i gained or what? but its how the companies now making things more smaller clothes for females to give an ideal size for females to be super THIN.. Oh please .. i like my clothes in MEDIUM becz it looks great on me than SMALL or LARGE .. SO it doesnt mean fat girls dressed like theyre thin.. If u go to the store and u try them on .. ull be shocked to see the difference of companies that they made it smaller or normall or too bed for the same size .. men clothes are always in good and normal sizes.

How exactly do men want women to dress?
They always say that women asked to be whistled & hooted at for the way they dress (I certainly do not, but I get that kind of attention anyway!) , but if a large woman does it you say it grosses you out? You get the good with the bad.

I'm a large woman and there's no way I'd wear some of the styles I see bigger women wearing. But then again, not all styles are made for everyone and I see some pretty nasty fashion disasters on skinny people. Men and women.

Most fat women only look in the mirror at their face and hair which they really concentrate on. What they need is a full length mirror especially one that shows their backside; then they might start to dress better.

the reason is probably because the fat is condensing inside their heads now and is crowding out the area for the brain to grow in so instead of them getting smarter and getting thinner they decide to try to give people worldwide mental scars, haunting them for the rest of their lives just because they're fat and others aren't. but you're right-- it's just plain nasty. there should be a weight limit on people so that once you weigh too much the hospital removes all the fat.

I am very over weight and take offense to the person who said "over weight yuck" I dress approiatly for my weight.I have never been over weight until the doctor put me on medication 2 years ago that made me put on 130 pounds. So you should think about the reason the person is over weight,it maybe b/c of medication or other health problems.

Evidently mirror ownership is not as widespread as previously reported...I honestly do not know, and it grosses me out. I hope everyone has confidence in their body, however part of that confidence is accepting that not all clothing works on larger people, dressing in a flattering way, and not exposing the rest of us to bulges & fat rolls.
