For some reason, around the time of one's period one is more prone to an overgrowth of candida.
Addressing candida:
Eat as close to vegetarianism as possible. No franks , sausage, or other meat.
Cut out tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
Eat lots of vegetables and some fruits.
Also squish garlic on your food. It makes the itch go away.
Good health,
Cheryl

Sounds like a yeast infection. You can get an over-the-counter cream at the drugstore. They are annoying, but if you treat it in a reasonable amount of time it is harmless.

your body is just preparing for what is to come. basically what i do is make sure that i increase my intake of yogurt and also keep a good feminine hygiene product in the shower to wash the area (you should use this all the time). also if you use pads make sure there is a baby powder in it so you don't get dried out.
